What is ?
FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), at the request of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in response to the current Building Regulations for England and Wales.
All replacement glazing in homes comes within the scope of the Building Regulations. Anyone who installs replacement windows or doors has to comply with current thermal performance standards.
Why use Registered Company?
FENSA gives you the ability to search a huge list of local installers, and has the longest track record in the industry backed up by a wealth of useful information, for both homeowners and installation companies alike.
FENSA is wholly owned by the Glass and Glazing Federation, which gives you peace of mind and the organisation the power to help the consumer and provide complete confidence in the integrity or its listed companies.
